HOW TO PHOTOGRAPH TRANSPORT HERITAGE AT CRICH TRAMWAY VILLAGE
LINE+LIGHT is proud to be working in association with the National Tramway Museum at Crich Tramway Village in Derbyshire to bring you a day of wonderful photographic opportunities in this unique location along with top advice from LINE+LIGHT's professional tutors.
Photographers will be based at the stunning hillside site where vintage trams operate throughout the day on over two miles of track (return), taking in a period cobbled village, woodland and open countryside as they travel, with stunning pictures to be had around every bend!
The day includes
- Classroom based introductory lecture packed with top tips on photographing the trams, architecture and scenery, plus post production tips for making your images look vintage.
- Access to our own static tramcar exclusively for LINE+LIGHT guests.
- Special access to the workshop to photograph skilled craftsmen restoring old trams
- Freedom to ride and shoot on traveling trams all day
- Your course fee includes multiple re-entry to the site for 12 months (in season)
You'll have the opportunity to shoot so much here- from the spectacular trams en-route and in the tram sheds, portraits of the drivers at work, the period buildings, the cobbled tramway and bridges, the woodlands and dramatic Derbyshire countryside- you're assured of a variety of stunning images, with help and advice on your picture making throughout the day.
