NEW COURSES

New for 2012 we have our ‘HD-SLR VIDEO WORKSHOPS’, and ‘HOW TO PHOTOGRAPH TRANSPORT HERITAGE’ at Crich Tramway village.

‘DH-SLR VIDEO PRODUCTION WORKSHOP’

We're keen to keep abreast of new technological developments in photography, and most of you will now own camera bodies which are capable of shooting HD-Video. To that end, we're delighted that renowned Documentary TV cameraman Paul Mottram is able to lead a two day workshop on the basics of video shooting and production with your kit. Working fromt he ground up, the course will demonstrate and lead practical tutorials, establish a fundamental kit list, principle shooting considerations and basic editing issues (using Final Cut Pro X). 

‘HOW TO PHOTOGRAPH TRANSPORT HERITAGE’

With our own static tram for the day, together with special access to the restoration workshop, we anticipate unrivalled photographic opportunites at this stunning location. Hop on board with us!

CHRISTMAS PHOTOGRAPHY

If you fancy some thing to look forward to, Newstead Abbey will be dressed for the season, and our only course of the year will be held at Lord Byron's beautiful home on Friday December 7th. Expect Victorian theming and lovely photographic opportunities in this grand old house.
