  • Clients with special needs or requirements MUST advise Line + Light BEFORE the event so that appropriate measures can be taken. We will endeavour to point out site specific hazards and ask you to ensure your own personal well-being whilst with us.
  • In the case of participants being under the age of 18, a booking form must be signed by a parent or guardian and for some courses, we shall ask for a minor to be accompanied for the day.
  • Clients are totally responsible for the safety of their camera or all other equipment brought to the course by them. No claims for loss or damage, however caused, will be entertained by Line + Light. Clients should ensure that the camera bags etc. are weatherproof.
  • We may offer you the opportunity to use some LINE+LIGHT equipment whilst on your course if you do not have your own. Loss or damage will be fully charged to you.
  • In the unlikely event of a client not feeling that a course has come up to their reasonable expectations, they must state this to a Line + Light representative WHILST ON THE COURSE so that appropriate action can be taken.
